BOOKING CUT-OFF TIMES
In order to fulfill our delivery promises, we have to pick up by a certain time. To do this we have to have an absolute cut off on when orders can be placed. This is determined by the carrier and can change dependent on post code. All shipment for UK delivery needs to be booked by 12 noon, although we are unable to guarantee a same day collection. You will be notified when you book about when the collection will take place, this may take place the next working day. There are no collections on weekends or public and bank holidays.
